	Oxygen Tank x 1
	Seal Skin x 20
	Seal Tooth x 20
NPC(s) Involved:
Procedures: Equip the Oxygen Tank obtained from Hughes' Weird Invention quest. Search for a portal in a hole in Orbis: Orbis Tower <B2>. Enter the hole and talk to Hughes the Fuse. Collect 20 Seal Skin. Collect 20 Seal Tooth. Return to Hughes the Fuse once you have collected all the items.
Reward(s): 15,000 experience Mana Elixir x 10
