Procedures: Search for a portal in a hole in Orbis: Orbis Tower <B2>. Enter the hole and talk to Hughes the Fuse. Hunt for 50 Snorkle. Hunt for 50 Air Bubble. Obtain 5 Steel Plate. Obtain 30 Screw. Return to Hughes the Fuse and give him the collected items.
